Get to know me

I view therapy a bit like going to the gym, if you don't feel it... you probably aren't changing much.

Having the right therapist is critical to the process. I offer an opportunity to have a safe space where no judgements or identities are placed on you.  It is my job to both support and challenge in areas that will facilitate growth. Often times much of my work is centered around supporting clients on becoming more mindful about their thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that have contributed their suffering.

My belief is there is not much that we are in control of, other than our attitude, perspective, and actions. I work to empower others to believe in themselves, trust their feelings, and explore patterns in their lives. I believe in cultivating a full and diverse life that includes fun, self care, creativity, and spirituality. Our work is to get off of auto-pilot and start living more mindfully.
